Deposits and Refunds

We require a 100% deposit at the time of booking.

There is a seven day grace period after booking if you change your mind and would like a full refund.

Cancellations made more than seven days after booking will be granted a  50% refund.

Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will not be refunded.  

Breakfast

We provide a simple help-yourself breakfast bar. This consists of bagels, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. 

If you have specific dietary restrictions please provide your own food. A mini fridge is available for all guests to share.
